This is the place to go if you want someone to keep you in the loop of what is going on with your car. My car stopped when we were moving. We arrived to place after they were closed. We did not need to call them in the morning to get start working on the car. They were proactive and able to tell us what was wrong with the care before 11 am. We all know it is expensive to get parts for a car. They searched around for the cheapest offer for the part I needed. Everything was fixed and done by 3 pm. Now this is the type of service I want.

New to the area and didn't know any mechanics around. Had a check engine light where I had a good idea of what the issues was. The guys there nailed the diagnosis on the spot and gave an honest opinion to what was needed. Had issues with some faulty parts that were put in but then was told to come back at my convenience for them to take care of it. Dropped my Jeep off in the morning and got it back good as new at no charge. Every time I went in there it seemed like it was repeat customers each time, always a good sign for a mechanic. Recommend and will use them again!

I'm an engineering student at UH. I came to this establishment for a potential senior project, which involves studying the workflow of the shop. The owner, Ali, granted access to scope out his shop in hopes to form a valid project. He was very informative when he spoke of his business model and field of automotive. I appreciated his time. After our visit, this is a shop I will bring my car to be serviced in the future.

Quoted almost 800 for a break job (breaks, calibers, and labor). After dropping my car off I got a call saying only my front brakes need work and noticed my oil needed changing and my air filter. Honest people are hard to find in this industry and they do it right. Saved me a bunch of money and told me about other issues that needed work. Even noticed I just bought the car and recomended I take it back to the dealership for them to fix it. Unfortunately, I bought from an independent seller but they took care of me. Will definitely be back

AnA is amazing the customer service is A++. They are the fastest and they have the cheapest prices in town. Once, my girlfriend went outside and her car wouldn't start we called up AnA and they sent a mechanic right over to try to fix the car at my Apt. close by. They were not able to fix it there, so they got a tow truck to bring it over to the shop and fixed the problem very quickly and was very inexpensive compared to a dealership or other shops. I have and will always recommend AnA to my friends and family.

This has been my favorite Auto shop in Houston. I get great service from the owner and the mechanics. Since I moved to Houston in august 2012 this has been the only auto shop I went to. Definitely the best.!!

I've come here for all my service issues in the last three years for both my hondas. I've appreciated the customer service and efficiency and continue to come here for my car servicing. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that I once had a mysterious issue with my brakes and they couldn't figure it out. They told me everything was fine - another repairman showed me that the inner brake had worn down and thankfully was able to show me and replace it for me quickly. this was a minor issue however, so I've continue to rely on AnA for my servicing needs and am rarely disappointed!

My Family and I have been coming here for years. They are very well at keeping our maintenance on all of our cars up to date. We receive reminders of when it time for a Tune up, Oil Change and so on. I am so happy they are not from home and take care of you like your part of their family.

Service has been good, ready when they promised, only 1 problem in 4 yrs, and they promised to take care of it. I haven't had a chance to get back yet, so you know the problem is minor. I got water in my car in Houston's flood. I took the car to this shop only because they are across the street from my place and they recommended that I use my insurance. The communicated with my insurance company very smoothly and effectively, repaired my car, change the oil and car-washed the car inside and outside and gave it back to me a bit earlier than what they had predicted. So far I haven't had any problem. This was one of my best car-shop experiences.

Honest and efficient. Went in for a mystery problem with my electrical system; wasn't sure if my alternator was out or what. The techs discovered that corrosion was the issue and fixed it. They could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Love coming here for oil changes and inspections. The guys are always very nice and get the work done quickly. The waiting area is very clean and nice, but I've never waited more than 30 minutes for anything. Highly recommend

I have been to many other shops for service and after being referred here I am never going anywhere else. First impressions are a huge deal when you leave your car with someone. I was greeted by the manager Heider who was handsome, well dressed and very professional. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on the repairs. I was referred because I wanted a second opinion about my car, and he actually ended up saving me from having to do repairs that I didn't need. I am so happy I listened to several of my friends who have been going to Heider for a long time. I have finally found a mechanic I can trust. Cheers!

I have been coming to AnA automotive for several years now and have not experience better or more trustworthy service anywhere else. Superb customer service - they always take the time to explain everything to me and have gone above and beyond to reduce costs when possible. They are prompt with getting issues taken care of and I have never once had an issue with any work they've done of my car. Once, they tried a fix on my car and insisted that I drive it around for a week before paying to make sure it was solid. You will not be in better hands anywhere else and I highly recommend this be your go to auto shop!

I have been coming to AnA Tire & Automotive since I moved to Houston 4 years ago and have NEVER been dissatisfied! Their technicians knowledge of automotive science is wonderful and they explain everything to you. There were a few times when they could have told me I needed something and made money, but instead they told the truth and have a loyal customer who has referred them many times. Absolutely amazing experience! My car needed 60k mile service. I have never had a car more than two years (I always buy new), this was my first time ever needing this type of service. I didn?t know where to take my car. The dealership was not able to give me an appt for 2 weeks. A friend recommended A N A automotive. They were able to get my car in fast! It took only 3-4 hours to get all the work completed. The staff is so friendly and professional. They explained everything I needed and it was affordable! I have never been so happy with a mechanic shop. Definitely will return for all of my car repairs and will refer everyone I know! If I could give this place 20 stars I would!!

I?ve frequent this location for all my car needs, each time they do an excellent job and have been very fair when it comes to pricing. They?ve also been very honest about issues with my car where as other places just take my money and never fix the problem.

Pretty solid place. I'm real picky on who fixes my cars so I gave them a chance and it's been 3 years strong, no issues.

The guys here saved my car, literally. I went a long time without changing my oil. My car started killing at low idle so I finally took it in. The guy who runs the shop is super professional and explains everything that needs to be done to the car in great detail. After two or three oil flushes, a fuel injection cleaning and other minor maintenance my car is running like the day I bought it. Amazing service and fair pricing all broken down before and after service. Shop is walking distance from me so I'll be coming here for service as long as I have this Camry. Dealership service without the long waits and BS.

Repaired my tire for a great price and everything was perfect. I asked if I should get new tires for about 100+ rah, and they were very honest and told me my tires were otherwise in great shape, and I only needed to patch one of them up due to a puncture.

AnA took care of my car for four years while I was completing my graduate studies at Rice University. I was always impressed with their level of service and dedication. They were even willing to continue advising me and to stand by their work after I moved away. Haider and Zeyn were always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced car care near the Medical Center or University of Houston.
